Front Seat Belt Replacement

When installing the belt, make sure not
to damaged the
pretensioner. | |
| 1. |
Remove the following items first
:
| A. |
Front door scuff trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior
Trim") |
| B. |
Rear door scuff trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior
Trim") | |
| 2. |
After raise the lower anchor cover (A), loosen
the lower anchor (B) mounting bolt.
Tightening
torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~
39.8 lb-ft)

| 3. |
Remove the center lower pillar trim
(A).

| 5. |
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove
the center upper pillar trim (A) .

|
| 6. |
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove
the upper anchor (A).
Tightening
torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~
39.8 lb-ft)

| 7. |
After disconnecting the pretensioner connector
lock pin, remove the pretensioner connector (B), loosen the mounting
bolt, then remove the pretensioner (A).
Tightening
torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~
39.8 lb-ft)

Installation is the reverse of

Height Adjust Relacement
| 1. |
Remove the following items first
:

Front door scuff trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior
Trim") |
| B. |
Rear door scuff trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior
Trim") |
| C. |
Front seat belt lower
anchor |
| D. |
Front seat belt upper
anchor |
| E. |
Center lower pillar trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior
Trim") |
| F. |
Center upper fillar trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior
Trim") | |
| 2. |
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove
the hight adjustor (A).
Tightening
torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~
39.8 lb-ft)

Installation is the reverse of
removal.

Replace ant damaged
clips. |
| •
|
Make sure the height adjust
properly. | | |
Front Seat Belt Buckle Relacement
| 1. |
Remove the front seat.
(Refer to the BD group - "Front
Seat") |
| 2. |
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove
the front seat belt buckle (A).
Tightening
torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~
39.8 lb-ft)
