Replacement

• When installing the belt, make sure not to damaged the pretensioner.

1.	Remove the following items first : A. Front door scuff trim (Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim") B. Rear door scuff trim (Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim")

2.	After raise the lower anchor cover (A), loosen the lower anchor (B) mounting bolt. Tightening torque : 39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.	Remove the center lower pillar trim (A).

4.	Remove the cap.

5.	After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the center upper pillar trim (A) .

6.	After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the upper anchor (A). Tightening torque : 39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

7.	After disconnecting the pretensioner connector lock pin, remove the pretensioner connector (B), loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the pretensioner (A). Tightening torque : 39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

8.	Installation is the reverse of removal.

Remove the following items first : A. Front door scuff trim (Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim") B. Rear door scuff trim (Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim") C. Front seat belt lower anchor D. Front seat belt upper anchor E. Center lower pillar trim (Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim") F. Center upper fillar trim (Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim")

2.	After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the hight adjustor (A). Tightening torque : 39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.	Installation is the reverse of removal. • Replace ant damaged clips. • Make sure the height adjust properly.

1.	Remove the front seat. (Refer to the BD group - "Front Seat")

2.	After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the front seat belt buckle (A). Tightening torque : 39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.	Installation is the reverse of removal.
